Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Design and deliver engaging lessons in health and social care, covering topics such as human development, health promotion, social policies, and ethics.
Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student progress through various methods, including assignments, projects, and exams, and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
Student Support: Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement, addressing the diverse needs of all learners.
Career Guidance: Provide students with information about career pathways in health and social care and facilitate opportunities for work experience and volunteering.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to integrate health and social care topics into broader curricula and contribute to school-wide initiatives and events.
Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, educational practices, and regulatory changes in health and social care, and pursue ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Health and Social Care, Education, or a related field.
Valid teaching qualification or certification in Health and Social Care.
Experience in teaching or working in health and social care settings is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for inspiring and educating students about health and social care topics.
