Join Our New Nursery in Halesowen as a Nursery Manager!

Pioneer People is excited to partner with a vibrant new nursery in Wolverhampton, seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Manager to lead our team starting ASAP. We are seeking someone who is reliable and has a can do attitude that can join an enthusiastic staff team. If you're passionate about early childhood development and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Is This You?

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a nursery setting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Qualifications: Preferably hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare or higher.
Knowledge: Current knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED standards.
Team Player: Eager to develop and collaborate within a supportive team environment.
Child-Centric: Committed to supporting children in reaching their Early Years Development Stages.
Flexible: Confident in working both one-on-one with children and with key worker groups as needed.
