Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a nursery setting, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
Education: Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is preferred.
Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of EYFS and OFSTED standards.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Development Focus: Ability to guide children in achieving their Early Years Development Goals.
Flexible Engagement: Confident in one-on-one interactions as well as managing key worker groups as needed.

Role Overview:
The Nursery Manager will work full time, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of care and education. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join the nursery on a permanent basis.
