Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Childcare: Provide high-quality care and supervision for children aged 0-5 ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Curriculum Implementation: Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Observation and Assessment: Monitor and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records and reporting on their development to parents and colleagues.
Supportive Environment: Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to explore, play, and develop social skills.
Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare and education.
Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing updates on children's progress and addressing any concerns.
Professional Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated with best practices in early years education.
Qualifications:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent).
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their growth.
