Do you have experience of working 1:1 as an SEN TA?

Pioneer People are assisting a school based in Redditch who are looking to appoint a hardworking, dedicated and caring individual who can support a Reception SEN child with complex needs on a 1:1 basis.

Is this you?

Do you have:

• A level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning
• Experience working with physically disabled children
• Experience with personal care (feeding and changing)
• Paediatric first aid training
• A caring and nurturing nature

The Role

The role itself is Monday-Friday with potential of extending both hours and contract length. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working with SEN pupils with both physical and learning needs.
