Do you have experience of working with complex needs?

Pioneer People are assisting an Ofsted rated “good” school based in Redditch who are looking to appoint a hardworking, dedicated and caring individual who can support a EYFS pupil on a 1:1 basis.

Is this you?

Do you have:

• A level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or similar)
• Experience working with complex needs (ideally)
• Experience with complex behaviour (essential)
• A caring and nurturing nature

The Role

The role itself will begin ASAP for the full academic year, with a Tuesday-Friday scheduled. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working with SEN pupils however this is not essential.
